Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma from a local polytechnic or equivalent in a related field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience working with youths, preferably in school, social service, law enforcement, or community settings.
• At least 2 years of experience in investigations and/or case management.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fair and thorough investigations into student misconduct cases, including interviews, evidence gathering, CCTV review, documentation, and report preparation.
• Ensure investigations are objective, sensitive, and in accordance with school and MOE guidelines.
• Liaise with external agencies such as Police, MSF, Child Protective Services, and community partners as needed.
• Support students through rehabilitation programmes, including regular check-ins, progress monitoring, and parent engagement.
• Conduct preventive patrols and walkabouts to deter vaping, smoking, and other misconduct.
• Maintain accurate and confidential case records, rehabilitation plans, and progress reports.
• Manage administrative and coordination duties, including stakeholder engagement and training.
