Job summary

Oceanbridge Recruitment PTE. LTD. is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to support the Restaurant Manager in daily operations, supervise service staff, and uphold service standards to deliver a positive dining experience for guests.

You will coordinate between service and kitchen, train new staff on SOPs, monitor attendance and performance, and assist with promotions, events, and target achievement in a fast-paced seafood venue.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years F&B supervisor experience preferably in Seafood restaurant.
• Willing to work during weekends and Public Holiday
• Possesses strong interpersonal skills to de-escalates workplace conflicts and restores productive team dynamics through proactive, empathetic communication.
• Possess excellent service attitude

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily restaurant activities

• Ensure consistent service quality, food presentation, cleanliness and performance
• Ensure guest satisfaction and complaint handling

• Monitor employee attendance, punctuality, grooming, and compliance with company policies
• Staff scheduling and ensuring sufficient manpower
• Check stock levels and assist with ordering food, beverages, and operating supplies
• Ensure compliance with food-safety, sanitation, licensing, and workplace health-and-safety requirements
• Process payments, check cash reconciliations, and prepare shift reports when required
• Assist management with promotions, events, sales targets, and service-improvement plans
