Job summary

ideals recruitment pte. ltd. is seeking an Outlet Manager for a Bendemeer-based operation. The role focuses on daily outlet operations, staff scheduling, and driving sales and customer satisfaction.

You will lead, motivate, and coach team members, ensure safety and hygiene standards, support recruitment and training, and participate in marketing efforts. Shift rotations, weekends and public holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Diploma and/or 3–5 years of F&B/Retail operations experience.
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Ability to work on rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Outlet Manager in daily outlet operations and staff scheduling.
• Lead, motivate and coach team members to achieve sales and customer satisfaction targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene and company standards.
• Support recruitment, staff training, time management and payroll matters.
• Assist with outlet marketing activities and sales strategies.
• Monitor outlet sales, profitability and overall performance.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Salary: $3200 - $3400 + Bonus

Working hours: 8 Hour Shift
