Job summary

DAPAIDANG GROUP PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Front-of-House Supervisor to drive daily service excellence at our Singapore locations.

You will lead a multi-station team, coordinate reservations, cashiering, and deliveries, while ensuring high standards of hygiene and safety. Fluency in English and Mandarin helps manage Mandarin-speaking customers and suppliers. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of relevant F&B experience with team-leading exposure.
• Familiar with POS, reservations, cashiering and basic operational reports.
• Strong leadership, communication and on-floor problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Familiar with POS, reservations, cashiering and basic operational reports
• Strong leadership, communication and on-floor problem-solving skills
• Language requirement: Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to handle inquiries and complaints directly from Mandarin-speaking customers and liaise with Mandarin-speaking suppliers
