Job summary

PERSOL Singapore is seeking an enthusiastic outlet team member for a fast-paced dining environment. You will deliver warm service, handle orders and payments, and support daily operations with a focus on hygiene and quality standards.

The role involves hands-on duties, standing for extended periods, and rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays. Prior customer service or food service experience is preferred and teamwork is essential.

Qualifications

• GCE "N" Level and above with relevant F&B/service training is an advantage.
• Able to commit to rotating shifts within operating hours, including weekends and public holidays as scheduled.
• Prior experience in customer service or food service is preferred.
• Comfortable with standing for extended periods and performing hands-on outlet duties.
• Service-oriented with a positive, team-based working style.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to follow procedures and hygiene standards consistently.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Raise customer feedback, complaints, or operational issues to the supervisor promptly
• Work collaboratively with teammates to meet service standards during peak periods
