Job summary

KSS SOLUTIONS SERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is hiring a Service Crew for our Chinese cuisine restaurant. You will greet customers, take orders, relay them to the kitchen, ensure timely delivery, and help keep tables and service stations clean.

Qualifications

What you'll be doing

• Greeting and welcoming customers in a friendly manner

• Handling credit card transactions accurately
• Support basic kitchen prep when needed

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a restaurant or customer service role is a plus (training can be provided)
• Positve attitude and willing to learn
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact positively with customers and colleagues
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Days work week - Mon to Fri (10am to 7pm)
