Job summary

GOCHISO ASIA HOLDINGS PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a guest-focused service teammate to welcome guests, guide them through the menu, take and serve orders accurately, and keep the dining area polished in a fast-paced startup setting.

You will handle payments, check in with tables to ensure satisfaction, and support the team with flexible part-time or full-time shifts, staff meals, hands-on training, and opportunities for growth as the company expands.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service or food service experience to support effective guest interactions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with guests and team members.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced startup setting to maintain service quality.
• Food hygiene safety certification (WSQ L1) is good to have but not essential.
