Job summary

MINOR FOOD GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a capable Outlet Supervisor to oversee daily service operations in our F&B outlets in Singapore.

You will monitor guest satisfaction, maintain brand standards, and guide a team to deliver consistent service and hospitality. The role involves manpower planning, opening and closing duties, stock checks, cash handling, and ensuring cleanliness. Candidates should have at least 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B and be willing to work shifts,

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in F&B.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Passionate about customer service and hospitality.

Responsibilities

• Monitor employee teamwork and guest satisfaction daily.
• Ensure store image and brand representation is maintained.
• Plan weekly service manpower to optimize staffing.
• Supervise all service functions and operations in the outlet.
• Train, guide and motivate service staff.
• Communicate with staff and superiors daily as liaison.
• Handle opening and closing duties and ensure proper execution.
• Perform stock inventory and cash handling duties.
• Maintain outlet cleanliness and housekeeping.
• Complete paperwork efficiently and assist Outlet Manager as needed.
