Job summary

SKYLINE HR (ASIA) is recruiting a Restaurant Assistant Manager to support daily operations and assist the Restaurant Manager. You will help drive guest satisfaction, supervise frontline staff, and ensure smooth service during peak hours.

You will coordinate with the culinary team on promotions, wine pairing events, and weekly manpower scheduling, while focusing on achieving quarterly sales targets and delivering outstanding FnB experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years experience as an assistant manager.
• Ability to assist in achieving quarterly sales targets.
• Experience scheduling manpower on a weekly basis.
• Familiarity with wine pairing events and supplier coordination.
• Experience in pre-opening is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Aid restaurant manager in achieving quarterly sales targets.
