• Experience coordinating with beverage suppliers for wine-pairing events.
• Work with management on promotions and marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer requests and feedback professionally.
• Pre-opening experience is a plus.
• Understand and adapt to FnB trends.
• Ensure smooth daily restaurant operations.
• Collaborate with kitchen team on special and festive menus.
