Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–8 years of restaurant management experience, with Chinese cuisine experience required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations across FOH and BOH.
• Ensure service standards, food quality, hygiene and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and schedule service staff and monitor performance.
• Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers for timely prep and delivery.
• Manage reservations, seating capacity, and VIP/group bookings.
• Monitor safety, compliance with SOPs, and daily reporting.
• Drive upselling and promotional initiatives to grow revenue.
