Qualifications

• 6–8 years of restaurant management experience.
• Experience with Chinese cuisine is required.
• Proven ability to lead and train service staff.
• Knowledge of food safety and workplace safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Attend to customers and ensure professional service standards.
• Supervise front-of-house and back-of-house operations.
• Lead, train, and schedule staff and manage manpower.
• Monitor hygiene, food presentation, and cleanliness.
• Manage reservations and optimize seating turnover.
• Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly.
• Coordinate with kitchen and suppliers to ensure quality.
