Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in F&B industry.
• Strong supervisory, planning and organizational abilities.
• Able to control costs and use resources efficiently.

Aufgaben

• Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House restaurant operations.
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction.
• Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints.
• Lead and train team members to achieve guest satisfaction and productivity.
• Review product quality and monitor vendor quality.
• Organize and supervise shifts.
• Manage restaurant P&L to optimize profit and control costs.
• Oversee storage supplies to ensure smooth operations.
• Appraise staff performance and provide feedback.
• Estimate future needs for goods and utensils.
• Maintain restaurant image and suggest improvements.
• Create reports on revenues and expenses.
• Promote the brand locally through events and social media.
• Recommend ways to reach a broader audience and implement policies.
• Train staff on customer service practices and SOP compliance.
• Monitor inventory to minimize waste and maintain hygiene standards.
• Ensure licensing requirements and attend to repairs promptly.
• Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the Company.
