Plan menus with chefs, supervise procurement and cost control, train and manage staff, and drive service quality to meet brand standards and business targets.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and management skills.
• Bartending experience is a plus.
• Able to work independently and in a team.

Responsabilités

• Assist Operations Manager to plan menus with chefs.
• Coordinate provisioning and purchasing of supplies.
• Estimate food and beverage costs and control portions.
• Ensure high-quality preparation and service.
• Hit financial targets and lead shifts.
• Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of staff.
• Plan marketing and special events with management.
• Prepare daily sales reports and manage stock levels.
• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and safekeeping of property.
