• 3+ years of experience in a management role in a busy restaurant.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure with excellent time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks with strong attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Managing day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring guests receive prompt and friendly service.
• Overseeing the front-of-house team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Responding to customer complaints and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
