Job summary

Ingleside in Singapore, a modern European dining destination, seeks a Restaurant Manager to lead day-to-day operations from reservations to service flow and guest follow-up. You will collaborate with the kitchen and bar to uphold craft standards, coach the FOH team, and drive wine knowledge and guest hosting with a calm, authoritative presence.

The role emphasizes premium service, wine pairing, and upselling within a brand that values fermentation, dry-ageing, and woodfire concepts.

Qualifications

2–4 years of restaurant management or senior supervisory experience, preferably in upscale dining.
Strong wine knowledge and guest-hosting abilities.
Proven leadership and training skills for FOH teams.

Responsibilities

Oversee front‑of‑house operations daily, including opening, service, and closing routines.
Ensure smooth service flow, pacing, timing, and table management.
Lead pre‑service briefings with targets and staffing plans.
Maintain guest experience standards with warm, attentive service.
Handle guest concerns professionally and implement service recovery.
Uphold cleanliness, grooming, and hospitality standards at all times.
Train staff on product knowledge, wine pairing, and menu storytelling.
