Competenze

• 5+ years of relevant experience in food and beverage or restaurant operations, including at least 3 years in a managerial position.
• Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, food and beverage operations, and cost management.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, according to operational requirements.

Mansioni

• Oversee and manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring operational efficiency and consistent service standards.
• Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to improve productivity and business performance.
• Monitor restaurant financial performance, including revenue, operating expenses, labour costs, and profitability.
• Prepare operational budgets, financial forecasts, and performance reports for management review.
• Lead, supervise, and develop restaurant management and operational teams to maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee manpower planning, staff scheduling, recruitment, training, and performance management.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, guest satisfaction, and overall dining experience.
• Work closely with the Executive Chef and kitchen management team to coordinate restaurant operations, menu planning, and service delivery.
• Manage supplier relationships, procurement activities, inventory control, and cost optimisation.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety, hygiene, employment, licensing, and workplace safety regulations.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance, customer retention, and operational profitability.
• Coordinate promotional activities, private dining events, and special restaurant functions.
• Identify operational challenges and implement effective solutions to improve business efficiency.
• Provide regular operational updates and recommendations to senior management.
