Job summary

MINOR FOOD GROUP (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated operations professional in Singapore to lead kitchen and service teams, train staff, and uphold brand standards.

You will ensure smooth daily opening/closing, maintain the POS system, and coordinate cross-functional operations with a focus on excellent customer service and team welfare. The role requires a NITEC/Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent, with at least 2 years of relevant experience, and proficiency in MS Office.

Qualifications

• NITEC/Diploma in F&B Management or equivalent.
• At least 2 year(s) of similar working experiences.
• Proficiency in MS Office application.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with ability to influence and lead a team.
• Able to work on weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create good working environment and develop subordinates by identifying training and action needs.
• Orientate and train employees to ensure understanding of policies via the operations training manual.
• Manage an efficient team of kitchen and service staff with attention to welfare and development.
• Ensure daily opening and closing duties are properly executed.
• Coordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner.
• Maintain high level of customer service per QSC standards.
• Represent the brand and store image at all times.
• Communicate daily as liaison between operations staff and management.
• Ensure POS system is operational and accurate at all times.
