mizuki f & b pte. ltd. in Singapore is seeking an experienced restaurant operations manager to oversee day-to-day running of the restaurant, drive revenue, and ensure top service standards.

You will manage budgets, plan SOPs, coordinate with the chef, hire staff, train the team, and handle guest inquiries. A Diploma and at least 3 years in related fields are required; a warm, service-oriented personality is essential.

Formación

• At least a Diploma is required.
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in related field.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee overall operations of the restaurant.
• Oversee turnover, drive revenue, prepare budget and ensure cost control and profitability.
• Provide excellent professional service to meet guests' needs and satisfaction.
• Handle guest queries/complaints in a polite, prompt manner.
• Ensure furniture, lighting and supplies are adequate and in good condition.
• Induct and train service staff to be professional and knowledgeable.
• Ensure daily team communication and briefings.
• Plan and manage Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for the restaurant.
• Liaise with the Chef to maintain high food quality and presentation.
• Hire new staff for the restaurant.
• Ad hoc tasks as assigned by the Managing Director.
