FSK advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Operations Manager for a well-known Chinese restaurant chain in Singapore. The role focuses on overseeing daily operations, inventory control, and team leadership to deliver outstanding service while maintaining safety and quality standards.

You will collaborate with senior management to drive growth, optimize processes, and sustain a high-performance culture in a fast-paced F&B environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
• 5+ years in restaurant/hospitality management; at least 2 years in operations management.
• Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen and front-of-house.
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management, financial planning, and staff scheduling.
