Job summary

KFC Singapore is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee day-to-day operations within budgeted guidelines and ensure high standards of food and service. You will drive sales, respond to feedback, and maintain SOPs across the restaurant.

Ideal candidates possess 2 years of supervisory F&B experience and strong leadership, communication, and multitasking skills. Proficiency in MS Word/Excel and Email is required to perform administrative tasks effectively.

Qualifications

• Minimum NITEC/ Diploma/ Degree in F&B or related with 2 years supervisory experience
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Diligent team player passionate about F&B operations
• Proficient in MS Word/Excel and email

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines
• Always delivering high-quality food and beverage products
• Respond to feedback and complaints efficiently and accurately
• Prepare employee schedules and ensure sufficient staffing for all shifts
• Generating sales and meeting targets through proper execution of marketing strategies
• Hire, train, and retain team members
• Maintain Standards and SOPs for store operations
• Responsible for inventories and stock-taking activities
• Regularly inspect equipment to ensure proper maintenance
• Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures
