• Manage day-to-day operations independently within budgeted guidelines.
• Ensure high-quality food and beverage products are consistently delivered.
• Respond to feedback and complaints in a timely, accurate manner.
• Prepare employee schedules and ensure adequate staffing for all shifts.
• Generate sales and meet targets through proper execution of marketing strategies.
• Hire, train, and retain team members to maintain service quality.
• Uphold standards and SOPs for store operations.
• Oversee inventories and stock-taking activities.
• Regularly inspect equipment to ensure good working order.
• Comply with F&B safety and hygiene policies and procedures.
