Job summary

You will perform stock take, ordering, and weekly rosters, ensure compliance and maintenance, and lead a team to deliver consistently high service quality.

The role requires a degree, willingness to travel within Singapore (motorbike owner), and flexibility to work PH and midnight shifts.

Responsibilities

• Manage restaurant's daily operations.
• To ensure food safety.
• To ensure sales targets are achieved at all times.
• To optimize cost of goods.
• To perform stock take, ordering, and plan weekly roster.
• To ensure restaurant in compliance & good maintenance.
• To ensure consistently high quality of customer service in all areas.
• To respond to complaints, taking appropriate actions to turn dissatisfied guests into return guests.
• To investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.
• To ensure effective and friendly communications with all supervisors and staffs and develop a happy and cheerful working relationship with all staffs.
• To maintain cohesiveness of the team to maximise positive teamwork efforts.
