Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality-related studies or WSQ Certificate in F&B Operations, F&B Supervision, or F&B Management.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced, demanding environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead daily operations and teams to ensure service excellence and profitability.
• Communicate KPIs on sales, service, and food quality to staff.
• Manage shifts, scheduling, and stock to optimize resources.
• Collaborate with Chef and other departments for guest satisfaction.
• Enforce safety, hygiene, licensing, and health standards.
