Job summary

FAMOUS FOOD CUBE PTE. LTD. is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure high standards of service. You will monitor staff performance, assign duties, and maintain compliance with hygiene and safety standards.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to handle customer feedback effectively. Shift work, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Good knowledge of restaurant operations, customer service and service standards.
• Good communication, leadership and staff management skills.
• Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve operational issues effectively.
• Knowledge of food hygiene, sanitation and workplace safety practices.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure employees follow company policies, service standards and operating procedures.
• Assign daily duties and work schedules to service crew and other restaurant staff.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, handle customer feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor food quality, service quality and cleanliness of the dining area and service stations.
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene, workplace safety and food safety requirements.
• Monitor inventory levels, check stock availability and assist with ordering and stock control.
• Assist in monitoring daily sales, cash handling and payment transactions.
• Train new employees and guide staff on service procedures and operational standards.
• Report operational issues, staff matters and customer feedback to the restaurant manager.
• Assist in achieving sales targets and improving operational efficiency.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
