Job summary

FAMOUS FOOD CUBE MANUFACTURING PTE. LTD. is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, monitor schedules and manpower, ensure quality and food safety, and supervise workers.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of manufacturing or food production experience.
• Experience supervising production workers and coordinating daily manufacturing activities.
• Good knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards and quality control procedures.
• Ability to plan production schedules, allocate manpower and monitor production output.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.
• Responsible, organised and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing operations.
• Monitor production schedules, workflow and manpower allocation to meet production targets.
• Ensure all products meet quality standards and comply with food safety and hygiene requirements.
• Monitor operation of production equipment and ensure proper handling, cleaning and maintenance.
• Supervise production workers, assign duties and provide on-the-job training when necessary.
• Conduct routine inspections to ensure compliance with safety procedures and policies.
• Monitor raw materials, ingredients and packaging to minimise wastage and ensure stock.
• Maintain accurate production records including output, material usage and attendance.
• Identify production issues and implement corrective actions to improve productivity.
• Report production progress and quality issues to management.
