Domino's Pizza Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a proactive Assistant Manager/Supervisor to join our team on a full-time basis.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support daily operations, lead staff, and uphold excellent customer service in a fast-paced pizza delivery environment. Ideal candidates will have hospitality management experience, strong leadership, and a customer-first mindset, with a focus on achieving service excellence and performance targets.

Qualifications

Experience in hospitality, retail, or food service management is desirable.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a customer-first mindset.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Problem-solving skills and independent decision-making.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager in overseeing all store operations, including food preparation, delivery logistics, and customer service.
Lead and motivate a team of delivery drivers and in-store staff to maintain high performance.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, health and safety regulations, and procedures.
Manage inventory, stock control, and ordering to maintain ingredients and supplies.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally and promptly.
Contribute to revenue targets through cost management and sales promotions.
Assist with staff recruitment, training, and development.
Maintain cleanliness and standards across the store and delivery vehicles.
Analyze operations data and suggest efficiency improvements.
Cover shifts to ensure service continuity.
