Qualifications

• Experience leading service teams in a hospitality or restaurant setting.
• Ability to train staff and enforce SOPs (standard operating procedures).

• Proven skills in coordinating operations, cash handling, and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Provide day-to-day training to staff within the assigned area.
• Manage floor operations to maintain quality, service, cleanliness and ambience.
• Coordinate activities with people, products and equipment to maximize sales and profit.
• Lead a service team, brief rosters, and ensure readiness for service days.
• Oversee service quality and resolve lapses; manage cash floats and cash handling.
