JOB EXPRESS SERVICES PTE. LTD. is hiring a Management Associate to support day-to-day restaurant operations across island-wide locations.

You will assist in service, food ordering, reservations, and cashiering while attending structured training for non-supervisory and supervisory roles. You will learn all functions independently and progressively take on responsibilities, leading operations with a focus on upholding the company's vision and policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in restaurant operations or hospitality is a plus.
• Willingness to learn multiple functions and progress to supervisory roles.
• Strong customer service mindset and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day restaurant operations including service, food ordering, reservations, and cashiering.
• Attend training for both non-supervisory and supervisory roles.
• Learn and perform all functions independently, progressing towards Assistant Manager.
• Lead and manage operations while upholding company vision, mission, and values.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
