Job summary

PANDA HRESOURCE PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on operations role in Singapore to support daily restaurant activities across island-wide locations.

You will handle service, food ordering, reservations, cashiering, and progress toward Assistant Manager while upholding the company vision and standards. Responsibilities include leading operations, ensuring policy compliance, attending trainings for supervisory tracks, and performing additional duties as requested by the Restaurant Manager.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in F&B service or restaurant operations.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment, responsible, well-organised, and customer-oriented.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays if required.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day restaurant operations including service, food ordering, reservations, and cashiering.
• Attend training for both non-supervisory and supervisory roles.
• Learn and perform all functions independently, progressing towards Assistant Manager.
• Lead and manage operations while upholding company vision, mission, and values.
• Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Restaurant Manager.
