Job summary

Cloudfields Pte Ltd is seeking a Restaurant Manager to oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service. You will uphold high standards of food quality, service, cleanliness and guest experience while following company policies and service standards.

Key responsibilities include leading the team, planning staff rosters, conducting training, driving sales and ensuring compliance with Singapore food safety and safety regulations, with a focus on delivering outstanding customer

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of restaurant or F&B management experience.
• Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of service standards, costs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth service.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service and guest experience.
• Ensure adherence to company policies and service standards.
• Monitor opening, closing and daily operational procedures.
• Lead, motivate and manage the restaurant team to deliver excellent service.
• Plan staff schedules and manpower according to business needs.
• Conduct briefings, training and performance coaching.
• Drive sales and work toward monthly targets.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore food safety and workplace safety rules.
