Job summary

JINQUAN F&B PTE. LTD. is seeking a hands-on Restaurant Supervisor to manage daily operations, uphold high service standards, and ensure top-notch food quality and hygiene. You will lead a fast-paced team, coordinate with kitchen and bar staff, handle customer concerns, and help drive efficiency and cost control.

The ideal candidate brings proven supervisory experience, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to safety and service. Flexible hours including weekends and holidays are required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a restaurant supervisor or similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of POS systems and restaurant software is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent (Degree in hospitality management is a plus).

Responsibilities

• Supervise restaurant staff and ensure smooth operations.
• Train, motivate, and monitor team members to provide excellent customer service.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor food and beverage quality, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Assist in inventory management, ordering supplies, and controlling costs.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• New outlet opening and closing procedures.
• Assist in creating staff schedules and managing attendance.
• Work closely with the kitchen and bar staff to coordinate orders efficiently.
• Report to the Manager and provide performance updates.
