Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a seasoned Restaurant General Manager to oversee all operations across Islandwide outlets in Singapore.

You will manage manpower, service standards, profitability, and supplier relations, ensuring consistent guest experiences. The ideal candidate has at least 8 years in restaurant leadership, strong project and operations skills, and a solid track record in quality control and staff development.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Food & Beverage Management and/or Hospitality from a recognized hospitality/tertiary institution.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in managing a restaurant, preferably in a fast-food environment.
• Project management and operations skills.
• Valuable experience in quality control systems, training or similar.
• Ability to prepare reports using MS Office.
• Possess valid Food Safety certificate.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for managing all operation aspects of restaurant from manpower planning, food and service standard, customer service, profit, revenue, cash and quality targets.
• Development of the brand’s strategy and operations.
• Lead business development initiatives and deliver long term strategic objectives.
• Create store action plans to drive KPIs; i.e. Quality Audits, Sales Targets.
• Stock control (Orders, inventory, consumption, etc).
• Ensure that quality standards are maintained always.
• Lead and cooperate towards the company’s marketing campaigns.
• Coach, lead and mentor team members to achieve sales and profit targets.
• Recommend effective solutions to increase outlet sales and operations performance.
• Review business performance reports on a monthly/quarterly basis and provide recommendations to improve on operational issues and implement corrective measures.
• Responsive and availability during the operation time of the restaurant.
• Liaise with suppliers, coordinate deliveries, manage problems with deliveries, coordination with Supply Chain Department, etc.
• Constantly keep in close contact with suppliers to source for competitive raw materials for the business.
• Work closely with HR department for all staff related matters and ensuring that processes are aligned with HR policy.
• Conduct annual performance/appraisals and review pay packages for outlets staff.
• Work closely with Training department to come up with SOPs, evaluation of training, training of the staff of the stores, etc.
