Qualifications

• Previous experience in restaurant/F&B management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service.
• Supervise, train and motivate staff.
• Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower.
• Ensure excellent customer service and handle feedback or complaints.
• Monitor food quality, service standards and cleanliness.
• Manage inventory, stock levels and minimise wastage.
• Monitor sales, expenses and operational costs.
• Ensure proper cash handling and POS procedures.
• Implement company SOPs, hygiene and safety standards.
• Coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Conduct staff briefings and monitor staff performance.
• Assist with promotions and initiatives to increase sales.
• Prepare daily operational and sales reports.
