With a minimum of 2 years in F&B, you will drive profitability, optimize inventory, and foster a positive team culture, while supporting the rapid growth of Takagi Ramen in Singapore's vibrant market.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Food & Beverage industry.
• Strong supervisory and leadership skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with a focus on customer service.
• Familiarity with food handling, safety and restaurant guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Oversees outlet operations ensuring compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards.
• Motivates staff and maintains open communication between staff and management.
• Hires and trains staff.
• Organises and oversees staff schedules.
• Ensures customer satisfaction and resolves complaints.
• Manages and maintains stock inventory and reports daily sales.
