POSITIVE DELIGHTS PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead daily operations and drive service excellence. You will oversee front-of-house and back-of-house coordination, manage scheduling, and ensure high standards of quality and safety.

The role emphasizes staff development, customer engagement, and cost control to meet budget targets while maintaining a dynamic and supportive work environment. Evening and weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years in restaurant or F&B management.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operations (front-of-house and back-of-house).
• Lead, train and mentor staff to maintain high service standards.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels and payroll with HR.
• Monitor food quality, safety, and health regulations.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints and feedback promptly.
• Track inventory, manage supplier relationships, and control costs to meet targets.
• Drive sales through promotions, upselling and guest engagement.
• Ensure licensing, hygiene and workplace safety compliance.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics, revenue and KPIs.
