Job summary

GYG is seeking a Restaurant Manager in Singapore to take ownership of daily operations, lead and develop the team, and drive performance across the restaurant.

You’ll guide peak periods, uphold high standards of food quality, service and safety, and partner with the broader operations team to continually improve guest experiences. A competitive salary and incentives accompany a 5-day work week with staff benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a team in a busy, high-volume hospitality or F&B environment.
• Strong customer service and people management skills.
• Experience managing restaurant financials and P&L.
• A hands-on, proactive approach and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• A genuine interest in developing people and growing with GYG.

Responsibilities

• Leading, coaching and developing the restaurant team
• Managing daily restaurant operations and shift performance
• Ensuring consistent food quality, service and food safety standards
• Driving an exceptional guest experience and handling customer feedback
• Managing restaurant inventory, wastage and operational costs
• Managing labour, COGS and operating expenses against targets
• Monitoring sales and overall restaurant performance
• Supporting training and development of the team
• Working closely with the wider operations team to drive continuous improvement
