Job summary

The Coconut Club is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to oversee daily restaurant management in Singapore, driving guest satisfaction and RevPAR while coordinating across departments and managing budgets and forecasts. This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants-especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You'll be in-charge of:

• Oversee and manage all matters relating to the restaurant, ensuring strong Revpar.
• Manage and enhance the efficiency and productivity of daily operations to ensure that business objectives are met.
• Working across functional teams and departments to establish budget and forecast to meet targets and control operational costs whilst managing the restaurant's branding, marketing communications and events.
• Ensuring the compliance of company control procedures in accordance with internal audit requirements.
• Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders to provide a system of feedback on the overall success of the restaurant's operations. This feedback should lead to the implementation of operational improvements that better meet the needs & expectations of stakeholders.
• Lead, manage and motivate the team on guest relationship management to cultivate top-notch service culture.
