Job summary

The Coconut Club Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a warm guest-relations professional to ensure outstanding service and a memorable dining experience.

You will build relationships with guests, take orders, describe the menu, up-sell products with strong product knowledge, and help improve service operations while upholding high standards. This role offers a supportive culture with training and growth opportunities within the Lo and Behold Group.

Job description

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants—especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.
