The Coconut Club in Singapore is seeking an experienced Restaurant Operations Leader to direct all restaurant activities and ensure superior guest satisfaction. You will collaborate across teams to set budgets, forecast targets, and drive cost controls while upholding the brand and service standards.

You will lead a passionate team, fostering a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement in daily operations and guest experiences.

Formación

• Proven ability to lead diverse teams to deliver service excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee and manage all matters relating to the restaurant, ensuring strong RevPAR.
• Manage and enhance the efficiency and productivity of daily operations to ensure that business objectives are met.
• Work across functional teams to establish budgets and forecasts, control costs, and manage branding, marketing communications and events.
• Ensure compliance with company control procedures in line with internal audit requirements.
• Establish effective communication with stakeholders to feedback on restaurant performance and drive improvements.
• Lead, manage and motivate the team on guest relationship management to cultivate top-notch service culture.

This role is one of very few positions that are primed to directly influence the guest experience. You will directly be able to ensure that our guests leave happy and satisfied with the service and experience at our restaurants - especially being able to identify unique opportunities to delight in the day-to-day service.

You'll be in-charge of:

• Oversee and manage all matters relating to the restaurant, ensuring strong Revpar.
• Manage and enhance the efficiency and productivity of daily operations to ensure that business objectives are met.
• Working across functional teams and departments to establish budget and forecast to meet targets and control operational costs whilst managing the restaurant's branding, marketing communications and events.
• Ensuring the compliance of company control procedures in accordance with internal audit requirements.
• Establish effective communication channels with stakeholders to provide a system of feedback on the overall success of the restaurant's operations. This feedback should lead to the implementation of operational improvements that better meet the needs & expectations of stakeholders.
• Lead, manage and motivate the team on guest relationship management to cultivate top-notch service culture.
