Lead fast-paced operations, ensure top-tier guest experiences, manage staff and inventory, and drive sales with strong SOPs and customer feedback handling. You will collaborate with marketing for events and promotions, maintain high hygiene and service standards, and mentor a dynamic team to deliver memorable dining experiences.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a similar restaurant management role.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good grasp of hospitality trends and service standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily high pace restaurant operations to ensure smooth service.
• Achieve and maintain KPIs for the outlet.
• Uphold restaurant standards, service quality and policies.
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service.
• Maintain restaurant aesthetics, cleanliness, and welcoming environment.
• Manage inventory, sales, and staff records with attention to detail.
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly.
• Propose menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally.
• Train and motivate the team to high service standards.
• Develop and update SOPs for service.
• Collaborate with Marketing on promotions and events.

What You'll Do:

• Oversee daily high pace restaurant operations to ensure smooth service
• Achieve and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) for the outlet
• Uphold and enforce restaurant standards, service quality, and company policies
• Lead by example in delivering outstanding customer service
• Maintain restaurant aesthetics and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment
• Manage inventory, sales, and staff records with attention to detail
• Monitor and evaluate sales performance regularly
• Understand and recommend menu offerings to enhance the guest experience
• Handle and resolve customer feedback or complaints professionally
• Train, guide, and motivate the team to maintain high service standards
• Develop and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for service
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to support promotions and events

• Well-groomed, professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English and able to connect with all groups of customers
• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role and in a fast pace environment
• Strong grasp of current F&B and hospitality trends
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and email communication
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Committed to high standards of hygiene, service, and product quality
