Job summary

Ichimatsu Investment Pte Ltd is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager (Front of House) to lead the service team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. You will ensure exceptional guest experiences, manage reservations, coordinate with the kitchen, and train staff.

The role requires at least 2 years of supervisory F&B experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and willingness to work weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Restaurant Manager in the daily operations of the restaurant.
• Lead and supervise the Front of House team to ensure excellent customer service.
• Welcome and engage with guests, ensuring a memorable dining experience.
• Handle reservations, seating arrangements, and guest enquiries.
• Resolve customer feedback and service issues professionally.
• Train, coach, and motivate the service team.
• Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and service standards.
• Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare staff schedules and support inventory and operational tasks when required.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role in the F&B industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Positive attitude with excellent customer service skills.
• Able to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
• Experience with restaurant reservation or POS systems is an advantage.
• Candidates with F&B experience are preferred.
