Job summary

LES BOUCHONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a hands-on restaurant operations role to oversee daily service, respond to compliments and complaints, and ensure guests enjoy a seamless dining experience.

You will prepare the dining room, attend to dine-in customers, recommend and serve food and drinks, and maintain cleanliness across front and back-of-house areas while managing beverage inventory and scheduling staff.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily restaurant operations to ensure excellent Customer Service and respond to customer compliments and complaints promptly.
• Prepares the dining room by setting up the table and keeping it tidy.
• Attend to dine-in Customers, recommend/serve food and drinks, set up and clean tables.
• Maintain cleanliness at work stations and back-of-house areas as well.
• Beverage Inventory Management.
