Job summary

AJUMMA'S WG PRIVATE LIMITED in Singapore is seeking a seasoned restaurant manager to lead daily operations of a fine-dining venue. You will ensure exceptional dining experiences by upholding service standards and addressing guest feedback.

You will recruit, train, and schedule FOH and BOH staff, collaborate with chefs and sommeliers on the menu and pairings, and oversee inventory, budgeting, and regulatory compliance to drive profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management, business administration, or a related field preferred.
• Experience as a restaurant manager or in a supervisory role in a fine-dining establishment.
• Strong understanding of Korean cuisine, culture, and fine-dining service standards.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills, with a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficiency in restaurant management software, POS systems, and financial reporting tools.
