Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth restaurant operations and optimize inventory supplies.
• Able to manage breakfast service, events, restaurant and catering.
• Monitor billing accuracy and daily sales, and maintain custody of cash remittance until deposit.
• Control costs through portion control and preparation quantities; minimize waste and ensure high standards and food safety.
• Ensure consistent maintenance and preventive care of all outlet equipment.
• Train, supervise, discipline and motivate staff to meet performance standards and comply with company policies.
• Provide excellent customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by superiors.

Job description

• RESPONSIBLE FOR SMOOTH OPERATIONS OF THE RESTAURANT AND OPTIMIZATION OF INVENTORIES SUPPLIES
• MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE HOTEL BREAKFAST, EVENTS, RESTAURANT AND CATERING.
• MONITOR ACCURACY OF THE BILLING AND DAILY SALE TRANSACTIONS, AND MAINTAIN CUSTODY OF CASH REMITTANCE UNTIL DEPOSITED.
• CONTROL COSTS BY REVIEWING PORTION CONTROL AND QUANTITIES OF PREPARATION; MINIMIZING WASTE; ENSURING HIGH PROCEDURE / STANDARDS AND FOOD SAFETY.
• ENSURING CONSISTENT MAINTENANCE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF ALL EQUIPMENT IN THE OUTLET.
• TRAIN, SUPERVISE, DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATE STAFF TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN PERFORMANCE AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE ON COMPANY'S POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.
• PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOR OUR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS.
• CARRY OUT ANY OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY YOUR SUPERIORS.
