cherish ventures pte. ltd. operates a restaurant where you will be responsible for smooth daily operations, managing breakfast, events and catering, and ensuring top customer experience.

You will monitor billing accuracy, manage cash until deposit, control costs, and maintain equipment with a focus on food safety and standards. You will lead, train and motivate staff to uphold company policies and deliver exceptional service.

Responsabilités

• Oversee smooth restaurant operations and inventory optimization.
• Manage hotel breakfast, events, restaurant and catering.
• Monitor accuracy of billing and daily sales transactions; custody of cash remittance until deposit.
• Control costs through portion control, waste minimization and food safety.
• Ensure maintenance and preventive care of all outlet equipment.
• Train, supervise, discipline and motivate staff to meet standards and policies.
• Provide excellent customer experience for internal and external customers.
• Carry out any other duties assigned by superiors.

Description du poste

• RESPONSIBLE FOR SMOOTH OPERATIONS OF THE RESTAURANT AND OPTIMIZATION OF INVENTORIES SUPPLIES
• MUST BE ABLE TO MANAGE HOTEL BREAKFAST, EVENTS, RESTAURANT AND CATERING.
• MONITOR ACCURACY OF THE BILLING AND DAILY SALE TRANSACTIONS, AND MAINTAIN CUSTODY OF CASH REMITTANCE UNTIL DEPOSITED.
• CONTROL COSTS BY REVIEWING PORTION CONTROL AND QUANTITIES OF PREPARATION; MINIMIZING WASTE; ENSURING HIGH PROCEDURE / STANDARDS AND FOOD SAFETY.
• ENSURING CONSISTENT MAINTENANCE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF ALL EQUIPMENT IN THE OUTLET.
• TRAIN, SUPERVISE, DISCIPLINE AND MOTIVATE STAFF TO ACHIEVE EXCELLENCE IN PERFORMANCE AND ENSURING COMPLIANCE ON COMPANY'S POLICIES AND GUIDELINES.
• PROVIDE EXCELLENT CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE FOR OUR INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL CUSTOMERS.
• CARRY OUT ANY OTHER DUTIES ASSIGNED BY YOUR SUPERIORS.
