AKINORI SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a Restaurant Manager to drive the outlet's performance, sales and profitability while ensuring top food quality and service. You will lead manpower planning, training and coaching to deliver consistent guest experiences in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include daily operations, cost controls, inventory management, and compliance with safety standards, while fostering a collaborative, high-energy team culture and managing weekly rostering.

As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance of restaurant, drive outlet sales and profitability, manage manpower planning and ensure excellent food quality and customer service standards.

Job Description & Requirements

• Manage day-day operations to ensure smooth customer flow, efficient table allocations and high service consistency.
• Achieve sales targets and control costs.
• Monitor restaurant profitability and labour productivity
• Monitor POS system, manage proper cash-handing procedures and generate operational report as per management requirements.
• Review outlet performance and implement improvement plans.
• Control food, beverage and labour cost to stay within budget targets.
• Conduct regular inventory checks, manage ordering, and minimize wastage.
• Actively engage with diners, build lasting relationships with customer and handle complaints or special request tactfully.
• Foster a collaborative, high-energy working culture that bridges generational gaps between veteran employees, younger service staffs and part-timers.
• Manage weekly staff rostering and optimize manpower requirements.
• Conduct regular briefings, identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing coaching.
• Oversee the onboarding, training and recruitment of new members.
• Lead, motivate and develop service team to achieve service and sales objectives.
• Enforce strict compliance with food safety, workplace hygiene and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all staff maintain immaculate personal grooming standard in line with company image.
• Able to work in fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of full - service restaurant experience, within at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial position.
