Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for a well-established Japanese F&B company in Singapore. The role includes assisting in the kitchen, equipment prep, and precise ingredient handling to meet recipe standards.

Working location is Central / East with 5.5 working days. The full-time position offers salary up to 2900 SGD plus incentives and a variable bonus; part-time is 14 SGD per hour. Excellent welfare and benefits accompany the role.

Qualifications

• GCE N Level or above required.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Basic food hygiene knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the kitchen and food preparation.
• Prepare equipment for the cooking process.
• Weigh, measure and mix ingredients according to recipes.
• Maintain high standards of food preparation and service in the kitchen.
• Ensure accurate and consistent cook practice and presentation.
• Ensure kitchen areas are clean and organized.
• Adhere to Food & Beverages Safety and Hygiene policies.
• Control costs and minimize food wastage.
