Job summary

Leila Singapore is seeking a hands-on and highly organised HR & Operations Executive to support both our people and restaurant operations. This dual-role position combines HR processes with day-to-day operations to keep the business running smoothly.

You’ll recruit and onboard staff, manage records, implement SOPs, coordinate procurement and scheduling, and work closely with management to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of F&B, hospitality or restaurant HR/operations experience.
• Strong HR administration and recruitment skills.
• Good organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with HRIS or POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day HR matters including recruitment, onboarding, records, attendance and HR admin.
• Lead recruitment for service, kitchen, operations and support roles.
• Collaborate with management on manpower planning.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, processes and operational systems.
• Coordinate procurement, inventory and vendor relationships.
• Support scheduling and cost-control initiatives.
• Keep accurate documentation and HR/operational records.
