Job summary

GINGER TRADING HOUSE PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a seasoned HR & Administration lead to drive recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leaves, training, performance management, and offboarding while ensuring statutory compliance. You will oversee HR and admin processes and serve as a key partner to management.

You will supervise admin staff, maintain records, coordinate with multiple departments, and support budgeting and ad hoc requests to help the business run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Degree in HRM, Business Administration, or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of experience managing full spectrum of HR and Administration responsibilities.
• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, leave, training, performance management, and offboarding while ensuring adherence to statutory requirements and providing administrative support to management.
• Manage the day-to-day administrative activities of the restaurant.
• Supervise administrative staff and allocate daily duties.
• Maintain employee records, attendance, leave, and related documents.
• Prepare and maintain reports, letters, invoices, and other office documents.
• Coordinate with management, HR, accounts, suppliers, and other departments.
• Coordinate compliance with statutory requirements including CPF, IRAS submissions, employment regulations, and liaise with auditors
• Deliver training and performance management initiatives to enhance employee development and organizational effectiveness
• Manage offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and compliance
• Provide administrative support including budgeting assistance, reporting, and handling ad hoc management requests
